Shumul Pay service identification number. The outgoing and incoming transfer numbers consist of 9 numbers and the transfer number starts with 72.

Conditions for transfers via Shamol Pay service:

  • Provide the recipient’s full name.
  • Provide the recipient’s mobile number so that Shamol Pay can send a message to the recipient informing him of the existence of transfer number 72*******.
  • Provide the sender’s full name.
  • Provide the sender’s phone number.
  • Provide some data when needed or when the Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering Department requests other data such as residential address, kinship with the recipient, source of funds, and other routine data recognized in global systems that are consistent with anti-money laundering and terrorist financing systems and laws.

Conditions for receiving transfers:

  • Providing the 9-digit transfer number starting with 72.
  • Providing the full name of the transfer sender.
  • Answering the question of how much is the transfer amount.
    The full name of the transfer recipient must match the name on the national ID.
  • Providing the original and valid national ID that has not expired, whether it is a personal card, passport or family card (for the head of the household only).
  • Providing some data when needed or when the Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering Department requests other data such as residential address, kinship with the sender, source of funds and other routine data recognized in global systems that are in line with the systems and laws of combating money laundering and terrorist financing
